We provide an estimate at the first visit. We accept major credit cards and also offer a DISCOUNT on cash and check payments. Most insurance plans do not cover this form of treatment. We are happy to provide a receipt that you can present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. However, we ask that payment is made at the time of service.
